National Defense Academy (NDA)
This job is for the Indian Armed Forces which consists of three wings, namely Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy. Students with 10+2 qualification are eligible to appear for the all India entrance exam, NDA. Candidates from any stream can join the armed forces after 12th. However, Physics and Mathematics are criterion subjects for Indian Navy and Indian Air Force.
SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL)
This exam is conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) known as Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL). It is organized annually to recruit and appoint candidates for the post of lower division clerk and data entry operators.
SSC Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
This exam is also conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) which is known as Multi Tasking Staff (MTS). It is mainly organized to recruit as support staff at various ministries and government departments both at central level and at state level.
SSC Stenographer (Grade C and Grade D)
This is another exam which is also conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to recruit and appoint candidates for the post of Grade C and Grade D. The educational Qualification for this exam is same as for CHSL that is 10+2 which is a certificate for high school graduate. It also requires a mandatory certificate for stenography.
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB)
There are several vacancies in Indian Railways for 12th pass candidates. These include job profiles like assistant loco pilot, office assistants, station master and ticket collector. It also requires a high school graduate certificate for recruitment and to get appointed as an Indian Railway representative. The board has the authority to change the prerequisites according to the government norms.
